Join us in making Velma’s Nest Talent Show a success! We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help create a fun, organized, and empowering event for our amazing young performers. Whether you're assisting behind the scenes or greeting guests, your support is invaluable! Our talent show will be held on May 23rd 2025 at 6pm at Beyond Housing in Normandy MO.

Volunteer Opportunities & Key Responsibilities

• Greeter – Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide event information.

• Backstage Assistant – Help performers stay organized and ready for their moment on stage.

• Stage Crew – Assist with props, stage transitions, and ensuring smooth performances.

• Usher – Guide guests to their seats and help maintain order during the show.

• Photographer/Videographer – Capture unforgettable moments from the event.

• Clean-Up Crew – Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ (some roles may require 18+)

• Dependable and enthusiastic about working with youth

• Able to commit to the event date: May 23rd 2025 at 6pm

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
